- Born in November 1962.
- A Masters Degree Graduate in Political Science from the Paris famous Sorbonne University.
- Worked for The National Institute for Social Studies and has produces many social affaires articles and studies.
- He wrote a weekly column at Al Ahram Newspaper from 1986-1990 in addition to his writings at many Egyptian newspapers.
- Produced a fair number of Drama and Documentary films & series in addition to his films scriptwriting for several films, such as "THE KARNAK", " ISIS AT PHILAE", "EL GUIZA" and more......
- Khaled is the owner and director of The Nile Production Company, which produces TV Drama series, such as "THE SUN BIRDS" which was directed by the famous director Hani Lasheen and "NOFEL'S PRICE" and many children TV series such as "ZAZA & GARGEER" , " WORLD MISSION 21" and many more..
- His company is also in the production of Documentary films such as the famous "DAME TOUTI" which was directed by Serges Tigneres.
- Khaled also hosted many films and art forums & symposiums.
- He was also the owner of Noussous publishing house, which has published many books such as:
        1- THE EGYPTIAN THEATER BETWEEN ART
